JVL can custom formulate and develop almost any kind of health and beauty product.  Once an order is placed, any development or formulation costs are included at no additional cost.  JVL also does in-house testing product testing at its fully functional laboratory.

JVL will work with the customer through Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs, where the customer collaborates with JVL in inventory management to ensure lower production costs and increased efficiency. 

JVL can collaborate with the customer to maximize efficiency and optimize production capabilities. JVL's Inventory Services (VAI) ensures CPP exceeds customer expectations using tools like Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) to lower production and inventory carrying costs.

Quality products at competitive prices do not always guarantee sales.  JVL believes that marketing plays a key role in the success of a product and can provide marketing support and help the customer achieve greater sales. JVL can also assist in providing Internet and online marketing support to its customers.

JVL can collaborate with its customers in sales forecasting, allowing JVL to be better able to understand customer needs and efficiently plan production.  CF lowers production costs and reduces lead time, resulting in increased savings for the customer.

JVL has nearly 200,000 sq.ft of warehouse space at its facility in Phenix City, Alabama.  For certain customers, JVL stores inventory as well as finished product.

JVL can also serve as a company's distribution center, with finished goods shipping directly to retail stores.  JVL also offers competitive freight rates through its network of carriers.
